Tiger Cub Chant Song
This Song is meant for Tiger scouts.
Decide for yourself if it is appropriate for your younger scouts or not.
Decide for yourself if it is appropriate for your younger scouts or not.
Required:
The more the scout leader looks like a drill instructor (Smokey bear hat, whistle etc.) the better.
Preparation:
All Tiger Scouts form a line facing the audience. The Drill Instructor stands at one end and everyone marches in place as the Leader barks out the chant and his troops repeat after him.
I wrote this to help the Tiger Cubs remember the Scout Promise.
This can be used as an inside activity or while marching on a hike. You can create a big finish at the end if the scouts yell "one, two" and "three, four" then all stop marching.

Lyrics:
Hup, two, three, four
Hup two three four,
We are Tiger Cubs who care,
Gonna Search, Discover, Share.
We are Tiger Cubs who say,
Let Akela show the way.
I promise to do my best,
Duty, God and country's test.
Helping other people so,
Thats what makes a Cub Scout grow.
We obey laws of the pack.
To our community we give back.
Sound off
one two

Hup two three four
hup two....three four.
