

Potato Cheese Soup Recipe
This Recipe is meant for Scouts BSA.
Ingredients:
about 12 potatos
2 large onions
4 stalks celery
1-2 tsp salt
4 C water
4 C Half-n-half
6 Tbsp butter
1 C shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:
Peel and cut potatos into 1/2 inch cubes
Chop onion and celery.
Put water, potatos, onions, celery, and salt in a dutch oven or large pot.
Simmer for 15 minutes, until potatos are soft.
With a large fork, mash the potatos into small pieces.
Stir in half-n-half, butter, and cheese.
Simmer until hot, but do not boil.
Serves 6 to 8.
