This Project is meant for Scouts BSA, Eagle scouts.

See Flag Retirement Ceremony for a sample retirement script.

Contact all local organizations, such as Elks, Lions, Police, Fire, ... that may have US Flags wearing out. Arrange, plan, and publicize a public ceremony to retire all the old flags using an appropriate ceremony script and fire.
Invite the public to the ceremony and make it a community event.
