I work at a museum and we have a number of Eagle projects that have greatly benefited the museum! Eagle scouts have built fences, benches, raised bed gardens, and coops for poultry. They have also helped build historical recreated objects that we need for the musuem, such as parts of the Continental Army encampment defenses. Check with your local museums and see what help they need.
