German Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups milk
9 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 tsp salt
6 Tbsp butter
Powdered sugar

Instructions:
Mix together milk, eggs, flour, and salt in a bowl.
Heat dutch oven to 350 degrees for Baking.
Add butter to dutch oven and let melt.
Pour batter into dutch oven and Bake for 25-30 minutes until pancake is fluffy and light brown.
Sprinkle powdered sugar over pancake, cut, and serve.
Serves 4 to 6

All dutch oven recipes use a 12-inch dutch oven, unless specified. If you have a 10-inch dutch oven, use about 2/3 to 3/4 of the ingredient amounts but keep the temperature and time about the same.
If no temperature is listed, use 350 degrees.
