Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

• Orders are typically shipped within one business day of being received.
• Orders are ONLY shipped to USA addresses. If you want to place an order to a foreign address, please send an email to find out the costs.
• Orders are shipped via USPS using First Class, Priority Mail, or Media Mail, depending on the product. First Class and Priority Mail typically take 3 days to be delivered, but may be up to a week. Media Mail may take over a week to be delivered. There is no guaranteed delivery time since the USPS does not guarantee its deliveries.
• Double check the shipping address submitted with an order. It is your responsibility to make sure you provide a correct shipping address, and we are liable for delivering your products to the shipping address you provided with your order.

Returns Policy

• You may return unused items within 30 days for a full refund - minus shipping, handling, and processing fees.
• We will pay for the return shipping if we made a mistake in fulfilling your order, such as incorrect or defective items.
• Returns of orders made through PayPal will have a $.50 plus 3% fee deducted. This covers the merchant processing fee which PayPal does not refund.
• There is no restocking fee, or return handling fee.
• Refunds will not be given on items that are not in new condition when we receive them back.
• To return an item, send an email stating that you need to return something to begin the process.
