| Ingredients: | 1 2-lb. Can pork and beans 1/4 cup mustard 4 slices of bacon 1/4 cup ketchup 1 chopped onion 1/8 cup cider vinegar 1/2 cup brown sugar |

| Instructions: | Mix beans thoroughly with onion, brown sugar, mustard, ketchup and vinegar. Pour into dutch oven and place bacon on top of beans. Cover and cook at 350 degrees at least 1 hour. |
